Shipping & Refund Policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them. Currently, Mereo Pax only ships orders to addresses within the United States. 

If there are reasons beyond our control that have resulted in a delay such as the weather, postal strike, etc., then we cannot be held liable. We also reserve the right to stop processing an order if one or all of the following are true:  

 

• We are out of stock of your product  

• We are unable to complete your payment  

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. After you receive your products, please take the time to check them carefully. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your product arrived damaged, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of your order and we will gladly provide an exchange.
